Standard Dimensions: For indoor sports spaces, standard heights are available in 4ft, 6ft, and 8ft, with a standard width of 2ft. Custom sizes can also be accommodated upon request.

Material Composition: The wall pads are constructed with three high-quality layers: a durable PVC cover, a high-density foam core for impact absorption, and an OSB (Oriented Strand Board) backing plate for structural rigidity. The pads can be securely attached to the wall using nails driven through the backing plate.

Vinyl Cover & Color Options: The protective cover is made of 0.4mm thick vinyl, available in a wide range of color options to match your facility's interior design.

Custom Cut-outs: We provide precision cut-outs to accommodate any wall features in your facility, including electrical outlets, windows, fire extinguisher cabinets, I-beams, as well as 2-sided and 3-sided columns, ensuring a seamless installation.

Digital Branding & Printing: Leveraging our in-house integrated print system, we can digitally print team logos, sponsor advertisements, or special messages directly onto the colored vinyl surfaces for a professional and durable finish.

Installation Methods: We offer three versatile installation methods to suit different wall materials and construction preferences: Nails (direct nailing), Velcro (hook-and-loop fasteners), and Z-clip (aluminum hanging clips).
